- Free Indoor Air Quality Testing & Evaluation: ($395.00 value) All PMA customers are entitled to 3-5 Day Indoor Air Quality Testing for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, dust particulates, relative humidity, VOCs (plastic off-gassing) and temperature.
- Free Energy Evaluation: Our BPI & NCI certified staff will evaluate your heating and/or A/C systems for efficiency upgrades and review current incentives/rebates available at NO CHARGE.
- Transferable: Your PMA can be transferred to your new home or the home you are buying/selling for continued priority scheduling, seasonal discounts, and reduced service fees.
