Clover can provide custom-designed climate control solutions for a wide variety of commercial and residential environments. We will install systems into newly constructed spaces, remove and replace obsolete equipment, or retrofit new components to your existing system. Once the system is installed, we offer service agreements to keep things up and running.
- Air Conditioning and Heating: We will design, install and maintain a custom centralized system for your home or office. We feature ducted, duct-less, and high velocity mini-duct systems from quality manufacturers like American Standard, Sanyo, and Unico. Using sophisticated load-analysis computer software, we will zone your space to provide a solution that is energy-efficient and comfortable. We specialize in hydro-air systems that provide moist, comfortable heat throughout the space.

- Air Cleaners: We also install and maintain a variety of air quality components, including electronic and media-based cleaning systems and ultraviolet mold irradiators. This equipment can help to minimize the amount of viruses, dust, cooking grease, smoke, and other particles in your environment.
- Humidifiers: We can integrate steam humidifiers into your new or existing heating and cooling system. Not only is moist air comfortable and healthy, but it will protect wood products and antiques in your home.
- Energy Recovery Ventilators: An energy recovery ventilator will replace "dead" air in your space with fresh air from outside. Amazingly, these units re-capture 80% of the heat/cold energy from the air before emptying it to the outside. That energy is then put back into the system, resulting in dollar savings and fresh air throughout the day. We have found these units to be especially effective in new houses as well as spaces that suffer from "sick building complex."
- Controls: We tie all the components of your climate control system together with quality controls from Honeywell. We recommend their Perfect Climate Comfort Center, which allows you to replace multiple controls and thermostats with a single, easy-to-use console. Over time, the artificial intelligence built into this remarkable unit actually learns how best to heat and cool your environment.
- Boilers, Furnaces, and Hot Water Heaters: We can install gas or oil-fired boilers and/or furnaces to heat the water and air in your home or commercial space. We feature equipment from Well-McLain, Triangle Tube, and American Standard.
- Carbon Monoxide Testing and Correction: Most commercial carbon monoxide detectors are designed to detect concentrations of CO above 70 ppm (parts per million), yet prolonged exposure to concentrations of as little as 9 ppm can cause adverse health effects. In many homes, a "negative pressure" situation exists that prevents CO from escaping normally from the house. Anthony is certified by the National Comfort Institute as a Carbon Monoxide and Combustion Analyst. He will test the air and appliances in your home and install fan-assisted combustion air delivery equipment to correct any pressure imbalances that exist.

- Service and Maintenance: We offer maintenance contracts to cover bi-annual service and emergency repairs to your system. If something goes wrong, we are only a phone call away. More important, the customer only pays the cost of replacement parts; labor is free!
