Discounts: As long as your PMA remains active, receive 20%off your service call total during normal business hours, 40%off during
overtime hours and a 5%discount on any Indoor Air Quality Improvements, Smart Energy Renovation or Zoning System Installation
Peace of Mind: As a PMA Customer, your home is protected from the annoyance of cold showers, broken water lines and unforeseen
heating or cooling problems.
Free Indoor Air Quality Testing: ($350.00 value) All PMA customers are entitled to 3-5 Day Indoor Air Quality Testing for carbon
monoxide, carbon dioxide, dust particulates, relative humidity, VOCs (plastic off-gassing) and temperature.
Free Energy Evaluation: Our BPI & NCI certified staff will evaluate your heating and/or A/C systems for efficiency upgrades and review
current incentives/rebates available at NO CHARGE.
Certified Personnel: Our personnel are not only highly skilled, but are certified to take care of your equipment. You will take comfort
in knowing that our personnel are drug tested and security screened BEFORE they are hired.
Transferable: Your PMA can be transferred to your new home or to the buyer of the home you are selling.
Warranty: As a PMA customer, you are given extended warranties on most repairs and part replacements.
