Oldest Furnace Contest Rules
1. Additional costs such as, but not limited to, permits and code required improvements are not included in contest prize.
2. Photo session must be allowed within two weeks of notification. Prize will be awarded as part of the photo session.
a. to use photographs for promotional purposes.
3. Prize is limited to a warm air furnace replacement up to $10,000
4. Contest limited to standard single family residential installations only.
5. Contest limited to customers who call us to enter within the geographical area of Westchester, Rockland & Putnam Counties during the contest period.
6. All decisions of the judges will be final.
7. This is not a game of chance. The winning furnace shall be determined to be “oldest” by one of the following:
a. Original invoice or other factual documentation attesting to the installation date of the warm air furnace.
b. Date code from the warm air furnace serial number.
8. In the event of a tie, the earliest contest entrant shall be the winner.
9. To claim the award the homeowner/occupant must do to the following:
a. Allow “before & after” photos of the customer and furnaces to be taken as deemed suitable by the contractor.
b. Sign a “photo release” authorizing Clover Comfort “the Green Home Pros”
10. The contest is limited to Westchester County only.
